Aizawl, Feb. 26 -- Chief minister Lalduhoma today presented a Rs 17,076.92-crore Gross Annual Budget for the 2026-27 financial year in the Mizoram Legislative Assembly, refraining from proposing any new taxes or upward revision of existing rates.

The Chief Minister, who also holds the Finance portfolio, simultaneously laid the Supplementary Demand for Grants for 2025-26 amounting to Rs 3,724.25 crore.

The Budget projects a total Revenue Expenditure of Rs 14,094.47 crore, accounting for 82.53 per cent of the total outlay.
