Aizawl, May 3 (UN) The Mizoram government is revisiting its proposal to establish a Sialkal Range Development Council along the state's north-eastern belt bordering Manipur, with Chief Minister Lalduhoma indicating that a revised model would aim for wider geographic and social inclusion.Speaking on the issue, the Chief Minister said the government is considering a cluster-based council comprising around 15 villages, replacing earlier proposals that had triggered resistance.
