Aizawl, May 6 -- In a bid to sharpen professionalism and strengthen public confidence, Mizoram Police on Wednesday launched a year-long "Year of Discipline 2026-2027" initiative, outlining an extensive reform agenda focused on conduct, efficiency and accountability.
The programme was inaugurated at the state Police Headquarters in Aizawl, with Mizoram Home Minister K. Sapdanga presiding as chief guest. The event brought together the top brass of the state police, including senior officers across ranks, district heads and officials from the Home Department.
