Aizawl, March 16 -- Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma on Monday launched the Mizoram Universal Health Care Scheme (MUHCS) 2.0 along with a dedicated MUHCS Call Centre at the Assembly Annex Conference Hall here.
Health Minister Lalrinpuii attended the programme as the Guest of Honour. The event was also attended by the Speaker, cabinet ministers, advisers to the Chief Minister and several members of the Legislative Assembly.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said the Mizoram Universal Health Care Scheme has completed its first year of implementation. He expressed appreciation to officials and staff involved in administering the scheme, as well as to hospitals empanelled under MUHCS, for their cooperation and service.
