Panchkula, July 14 -- Panchkula Police on Tuesday apprehended a juvenile in connection with the sensational double murder of two men in Sector 19, taking the total number of accused held in the case to five.
Police said four adult accused had already been arrested, while raids are underway to trace the remaining suspects.
The case pertains to the killing of Sanjeet, a resident of Sector 19, and Arjun alias Cheeta, a resident of Khadak Mangoli, on July 4.
According to police, Sanjeet succumbed to injuries inflicted with sharp-edged weapons, while Arjun's body bearing multiple stab and sharp weapon injuries was recovered from a vacant area near the CID underpass.
