Mumbai, Sept. 1 -- Senior BJP leader and Maharashtra Water Resources Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil on Tuesday left for the village of Antarwali Sarati in Jalna district to meet Maratha reservation agitator Manoj Jarange Patil, whose indefinite hunger strike entered the fourth day.

Jarange Patil, who launched his 11th indefinite hunger strike on Saturday (August 29) to secure government reservation quota for the Maratha community, has set a deadline of Saturday (September 12) by when he wants the Fadnavis government to concede Maratha reservation quota demands.
