New Delhi, March 13 -- Stressing that military strength remains central to national security in a rapidly changing global order, Lt Gen Devendra Sharma, GOC-in-C, ARTRAC, on Friday said credible hard power has become indispensable as conflicts increasingly extend beyond traditional battlefields into cyber, cognitive and information domains.
Delivering the special address titled 'Military Hard Power in Fractured Global Order', at the 10th Synergia Conclave in the national capital, he said modern warfare is evolving across multiple domains, reshaping the nature of global power competition.
