Mumbai, June 25 -- Pune Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of MHADA conducted the computerized lottery for the allotment of 792 flats under Phase-II of the Tathawade Housing Scheme on Thursday.

The lottery was drawn by the Chairman of the Board, Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil. The scheme received an encouraging response, with a total of 1,422 applications. The initiative reflects MHADA Pune Board's continued commitment to providing quality, modern and affordable housing to citizens.
