Srinagar, Sept. 9 -- Talks between the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and representatives of the Leh Apex Body (LAB) and Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) were held in New Delhi on Wednesday, focusing on the broad contours of a "sui-generis model of governance" for Ladakh under Article 371 of the Constitution.
Ladakh Chief Secretary Ashish Kundra who also attended the sub-committee meeting with the leaders of Ladakh at the MHA in Delhi said a general air of positivity prevailed during the meeting.
