New Delhi, March 7 -- Delhi CM Rekha Gupta on Saturday inspected the inauguration site at DDA Utsav Sthal-3 (in front of Nirankari Mandal) where Metro projects are scheduled to be inaugurated and the new corridors for which the foundation stone will be laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday.
Gupta visited the venue to review the preparations and instructed officials to ensure smooth and convenient arrangements for all citizens attending the programme.
She said that the continuous expansion of the Delhi Metro network is ushering the capital's transport system into a new phase and this will mark a significant step towards a faster, smoother and environmentally friendly public transport system in Delhi.
