Itanagar, Sept. 19 -- Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Saturday highlighted the State's vast hydropower potential and its strategic role in India's clean energy transition at the two-day conference on 'Financing India's Journey Towards a Viksit Bharat'.
Participating in the session on 'Financing the Energy Transition', organised by the Ministry of Finance at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, Mein said hydropower is critical to India's clean energy goals as a stable and dependable renewable energy source that can complement solar and wind power.
