Parmod KumarNew Delhi, July 3 -- The Supreme Court on Friday sought the response of Sonam Raghuvanshi, accused of conspiring to murder her husband, Raja Raghuvanshi, during their honeymoon in Meghalaya last year, on a plea by the Meghalaya government challenging the bail granted to her by the trial court and subsequently upheld by the State High Court.

A vacation Bench of Justice M.M. Sundresh and Justice Sheel Nagu, however, declined to suspend the bail, observing "If she is released already, then we cannot order her arrest again.
