Shillong, May 25 -- Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Monday made a detailed presentation on the challenges, and roadmap to improve the State's Performance Grading Index (PGU) to union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Acknowledging that the performance of the State has been at the bottom for the last three years, the Chief Minister stated that the Education Department has identified the gaps in learning outcomes and has taken measures to address these issues at the root.
