Tura, March 15 -- District authorities in Meghalaya's West Garo Hills district have issued an order asking all government employees to exercise "utmost restraint" while using their personal and social media handles in the public interest in view of the prevailing tense situation in the district.
In his order issued today, district magistrate of West Garo Hills Vibhor Agarwal strictly prohibited government employees from posting or forwarding messages, audio-video clips, pictures, or any content that may be incendiary or provocative in nature.
