Shillong, March 27 -- The much-awaited 'Culinary Cascade 2026', the 3rd edition of celebrating Meghalaya's culinary heritage and culture, commenced on Friday at the iconic Ward's Lake here.
The two-day festival, themed "Crafted for All 5 Senses," is being organised by State the Department of Tourism in partnership with Meghalayan Age Ltd., MyMeG, and the Chief Minister's Meghalaya Grassroots Music Program.
The event will witness a wide range of food stalls featuring local, regional, and contemporary cuisines, thereby offering the visitors an opportunity to explore the rich flavours of Meghalaya.
