Bhubaneswar, June 24 -- Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has been honoured with the prestigious ASSOCHAM Business Excellence Award 2026 in the category "Excellence in Mining Operations with Special Focus on Sustainability" under the PSU sector.
The award was presented during the 4th Edition of the Minerals and Mining Conclave 2026 - Transformation for Global Competitiveness, organised by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) in Kolkata.
