Bengaluru, May 29 -- Karnataka Large and Medium Industries Minister MB Patil on Friday lauded outgoing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, describing him as a "leader who walked the talk" and highlighting his long administrative record and welfare-oriented governance.
In a statement posted on social media following Siddaramaiah's resignation from the Chief Minister's post, Patil said the development weighed heavily on party members and supporters across the state.
