Lucknow, Feb. 26 -- Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) national president Mayawati Thursday launched a sharp attack on Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav over the latter's reported plans to observe the birth anniversary of BSP founder Kanshi Ram. Her remarks are expected to intensify political tensions in Uttar Pradesh.
In a post on social media platform X, Mayawati accused the SP of historically maintaining an anti-Dalit, anti-Other Backward Classes (OBC), and anti-BSP stance.
