Lucknow, Aug. 8 -- Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) President and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mayawati, targeting the Samajwadi Party (SP), on Saturday alleged that the SP has been constantly changing its political colours to suit its narrow casteist politics and electoral interests.

In a series of posts released on the social media platform 'X', Mayawati said that the BSP is an Ambedkarite party that follows the policy and principle of "Sarvajan Hitaya and Sarvajan Sukhaya", and that its four terms in Uttar Pradesh have been governed on this basis.
