Hyderabad, April 28 -- Ahead of the announcement of Class 10 results, Hyderabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar has urged students and parents to treat exam outcomes with perspective, stressing that marks do not determine one's future.
In an appeal, Sajjanar said results are only a small phase in a long journey and should not be seen as the final measure of success. Referring to recent student suicides after Intermediate results, he said taking such extreme steps is never a solution and only leaves families devastated.
He called on students to view failure as a stepping stone to success and encouraged them to speak openly about their feelings instead of suffering in silence.
