Jalna, Sept. 11 -- Preparations have begun among supporters of Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil for a possible march to Mumbai amid his ongoing indefinite hunger strike at Antarwali Sarati in Jalna district.
Jarange Patil has been on indefinite hunger strike for the past 14 days, pressing for various demands related to Maratha reservation. He had earlier declared that if the demands were not accepted at Antarwali Sarati, the agitation would be taken to Mumbai.
Against this backdrop, Jarange Patil has called a meeting of members of the Maratha community at Antarwali Sarati on Saturday to discuss the next course of action.
