Bhubaneswar, June 3 -- Emphasizing the need to safeguard the country's intellectual and cultural legacy, noted manuscriptologist and former Director of the National Mission for Manuscripts, Prafulla Kumar Mishra, said that the preservation, study and research of manuscripts must be viewed as a collective responsibility.
