Imphal, July 14 -- The Government of Manipur today appointed Dr. Thokchom Radheshyam Singh, MLA from Heirok Assembly Constituency, and Dr. Sapam Ranjan Singh, MLA from Konthoujam Assembly Constituency, as Government Spokespersons with immediate effect.
Both the MLAs had served as Cabinet ministers in the N Biren Singh government.
