Imphal, March 18 -- The Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla released the second edition of the coffee table book 'The Life of the Unsung Hero - Maj. Ralengnao 'Bob' Khathing' at a ceremony held here on Wednesday.
Prior to the release, the Governor paid tribute by laying a wreath at the memorial of Maj. Ralengnao 'Bob' Khathing at the venue. The ceremony was attended by John S.R. Khathing, Major General Gaurav Sharma, IGAR (South), Major General Subhankar Basu, GOC, 57th Mountain Division, along with other senior officials and family members of the late officer.
As part of the programme, the Maj. Ralengnao 'Bob' Khathing Meritorious Awards were presented to outstanding students who excelled in the Class X and XII examinations.
