Imphal, Feb. 24 -- Governor of Manipur Ajay Kumar Bhalla, on Tuesday visited the residence of late MLA Vungzagin Valte at Churachandpur District and paid his respects to the mortal remains by laying a wreath and a shawl in honour of the departed soul.
The Governor met the bereaved family members and expressed his heartfelt condolences.
