Imphal, May 21 -- The Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS) has expressed deep grief over the untimely passing of Khangembam Kuleswar Singh, Chairman of Film Forum Manipur, describing his death on Wednesday as a profound loss for the state's media and cinematic community.
Kuleswar Singh had served as a nominated member of the MSFDS Executive Board and previously as a Member of the Board of Directors of the erstwhile Manipur Film Development Corporation, where he made lasting contributions to the institutional development of Manipuri cinema.
