Imphal, -- The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has submitted a detailed memorandum to the Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, raising grave concerns over a series of violent incidents across the state and putting forward an extensive set of demands aimed at restoring peace, law and order, and normalcy.
