Imphal, April 22 -- : World Earth Day, 2026, was observed across various schools in Kakching district today, organised by the Zonal Education Office (ZEO), Kakching. The observance was held in line with this year's global theme, "Our Power, Our Planet," highlighting the environmental challenges and need for collective responsibility to protect/preserve our environment.
As part of the programme, students from different schools in the district participated in a national webinar organised under the aegis of Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE of the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education.
