Imphal, Sept. 10 -- Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh today visited the family residence of late musician Chongtham Vikram, who died after allegedly being attacked by some unidentified men in Delhi recently, at Thangmeiband Lourung Purel Leikai, Imphal West.
While speaking to the family members of the deceased, the Chief Minister assured them that justice would be delivered and that the culprits would be brought to justice for the crime committed.
Khemchand Singh expressed profound sorrow over the incident, which claimed the life of an innocent person who had done no wrong.
