Chandigarh, Sept. 16 -- Haryana Police have arrested a 33-year-old man in connection with the alleged deliberate ramming of a car into a woman biker on Gurugram's Golf Course Road.
Police have also added Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), relating to attempt to murder, after analysing CCTV footage of the incident, a Haryana Police spokesperson said on Tuesday.
The accused, identified as Kalyan Bainsla, 33, a resident of Chandhat village in Palwal district, was arrested by a team of the Crime Branch, Sohna, Gurugram, from an area between Dausa and Rajgarh in Rajasthan, the spokesperson said.
