Rampur, April 16 -- A tragic incident has been reported from Rampur district in Uttar Pradesh, where a 38-year-old farmer lost his life after the ambulance transporting him allegedly ran out of both oxygen and fuel, officials said on Thursday.
Kuldeep Singh, a resident of Ahmadnagar Jibai village under Shahzadnagar police station, was seriously injured on Wednesday night after his motorcycle was hit by a speeding tractor while he was on his way to his farm during the ongoing wheat harvest season.
Following the accident, family members rushed him to the district hospital, where doctors provided primary treatment but referred him to Meerut due to his critical condition.
