Panchkula, Sept. 13 -- Haryana Police have arrested a man carrying a Rs 25,000 reward who was allegedly wanted in ATM-cutting theft cases registered in Bihar's Motihari district in 2024, a police spokesperson said on Saturday.
The accused, identified as Mujeb alias Mujim, son of Ejaz and a resident of Bubalheri under Pinangwan police station in Nuh district, was subsequently handed over to Bihar Police for further investigation.
A Haryana Police spokesperson said the accused was allegedly wanted in cases registered at Muffasil and Turkaulia police stations in Motihari district.
Bihar Police had announced a reward of Rs 25,000 for his arrest, the spokesperson said.
