Nashik, Oct. 5 -- The Bhadrakali police have registered a case against Aman Khan under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the state's anti-conversion law following a serious complaint by a woman alleging sexual exploitation since she was a minor, blackmail using obscene videos and pressure to convert for marriage.
According to the complaint, the victim met the accused through Instagram in 2021 while she was studying in Class 11. The accused allegedly gained her confidence by promising marriage and subsequently established a relationship with her.
