Panchkula, Sept. 6 -- Haryana Police have arrested a 33-year-old man following a woman's complaint alleging harassment, obscene gestures and indecent acts in Hisar, a Haryana Police official said on Sunday.
The accused was arrested by Sadar Hisar Police after the woman submitted a written complaint at a police post on September 4.
According to the complaint, the accused, identified as Amit alias Modhu, purportedly made obscene and inappropriate gestures towards the woman at around 1.30 pm, allegedly removed his clothes and abused her. The woman also claimed that he had engaged in similar behaviour earlier.
