New Delhi, June 22 -- Delhi Mayor Pravesh Wahi on Monday flagged off 35 vehicles, inducting them into the sanitation fleet to strengthen sanitation operations in the Rohini zone.

"Keeping Delhi clean and hygienic is our top priority, and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is making every possible effort in this direction," Wahi said.

Rohini Zone Chairman Amrit Jain, Deputy Chairman Narendra Kumar Singh, Deputy Commissioner Anshul Sirohi, and officials of MCD were present at the event.

Wahi said the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is organising various programmes to commemorate the completion of 12 years of the tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
