Agraj PratapNew Delhi, May 22 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday hit out at the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, alleging that the entire water management system of the city was left in a sorry state by them, and it is now being put back on track by the current regime.

Gupta said that the residents of the city were facing issues like erroneous billing, and a lot of other problems related to the water and sewer infrastructure.

According to the CM, in a major relief for citizens, and with the ongoing improvements, the Infrastructure Charges (IFC) for water and sewer will now be levied on water demand basis, in a logical and reasonable manner.
