Lucknow, Sept. 20 -- Launching a scathing attack on the opposition, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that those who failed to deliver will always criticise.
"The state and the country have witnessed the incompetence and idleness of those who, through their inaction and inability, reduced Uttar Pradesh to a 'Bimaru' (ailing) state. Such individuals have no moral right today to comment on the UP Police or the state's administrative system," he said.
