Bhubaneswar, Aug. 19 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for their continued support towards strengthening the State's railway network and boosting its infrastructure and economic growth.
In a post on the social media platform X, Majhi said the union Cabinet's approval of multitracking railway projects covering Odisha marked a significant step towards strengthening rail infrastructure and improving connectivity across the State.
He said the projects would enhance rail capacity, facilitate the movement of passengers and freight, improve connectivity with key economic centres and contribute to Odisha's continued growth and development.
