Neha PuravMumbai, July 10 -- In a significant move to uphold the sanctity of parliamentary democracy and ensure executive accountability, the Maharashtra Legislature has officially launched a dedicated digital platform to track and expedite the fulfillment of government assurances given on the floor of the house.
This initiative comes as a direct response to a mounting backlog of hundreds of promises-some pending for over two decades-that have remained unfulfilled despite being made on the floor of the House.
