Pune, May 2 ( UNI): The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced the Class 12 (HSC) examination results for 2026 today.The overall pass percentage in the state stands at 89.79 percent. As in previous years, girls have outperformed boys in the examination.The announcement was made during a press conference addressed by Education Commissioner Sachindra Pratapsingh and State Board Chairman Trigun Kulkarni. Officials informed that the overall result has declined by nearly two percent compared to last year.Around 14.58 lakh students appeared for the HSC examination conducted across the state.
