Mumbai, July 16 -- Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe on Thursday launched an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled grievance redressal portal to provide citizens with a simple, accessible and technology-driven platform to report cases of food adulteration, counterfeit medicines and substandard drugs across the state.
The newly launched portal features a voice-based complaint registration system, enabling people to lodge complaints without the need for lengthy written submissions.
Citizens can submit details of suspected food adulteration, fake medicines, misbranded products and other violations through an easy-to-use interface, making the grievance redressal process faster and more user-friendly.
