Mumbai, Aug. 26 -- Giving a massive impetus to the industrial landscape of Maharashtra, the State Government has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with 49 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to inject a proposed investment of Rs 2,320.97 crore into the Chakan-Bhosari industrial belt.
The pacts were finalized here at the Sahyadri Guest House in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Industries Minister Dr Uday Samant.
The high-value investments are projected to scale up production capacities, accelerate the 'Local to Global' manufacturing wave, and generate thousands of fresh employment avenues within Pune's core automobile and engineering cluster.
