Nagpur, June 6 -- Senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Maharashtra Assembly Vijay Wadettiwar today launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led ruling dispensation and the prevailing political system, alleging that politics in the country has turned into a "marketplace" driven by corruption and money power.
Speaking in the backdrop of the Legislative Council elections, Wadettiwar alleged that the BJP had amassed enormous wealth through corruption and "broken all records of scams", claiming that political representatives were now being openly bought and sold.
