Mumbai, Sept. 19 -- Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena spokesperson Akhil Chitre today cited documents filed in the Bombay High Court in the Disha Salian death case and asked BJP leader and Maharashtra Minister of Ports Development Nitesh Rane if he allowed the alleged gangrape and murder to take place in his presence.
"Page number 233, point number 2 of the document dated January 12, 2024, filed by Satish Salian's lawyers clearly states that eyewitnesses Narayan Rane (former Maharashtra Chief Minister and father of Ports Development Minister Nitesh Rane), MLA Nitesh Rane and others have alleged that Disha Salian's death was not natural, but was gangraped and murdered.
