Dhule, Sept. 16 -- A rare white cobra, known as an albino snake, was found near a house at Ekvira Park in the Zenda Chowk area of Devpur, Dhule.
The snake was safely rescued by Chandan Thakur, a snake rescuer associated with the War Foundation, after local residents alerted the organisation.
Thakur carefully captured the snake without causing it any harm, bringing relief to residents in the area. The rescued cobra was later released into its natural habitat in the presence of Forest Department officials and snake rescuers.
Forest guard Ramdas Pandhare, snake rescuer Swapnil Sonawane and other members of the rescue team were present during the release.
