Pune, June 14 -- A local court has ordered the return of a mobile phone seized by police from Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar faction) spokesperson Vikas Sadashiv Lavande, nearly three weeks after his arrest in connection with an alleged inflammatory speech case.
Lavande was arrested by the Wagholi Police on May 21, while attending a court hearing at the Shivajinagar court complex in Pune. His mobile phone was confiscated at the time of arrest.
