Kolhapur, Aug. 2 -- Considering the huge rush of passengers on the Konkan Railway, the Central Railway today announced that a new express train between Mumbai (CSMT) and Sawantwadi, which will not be seasonal for the Lord Ganesh festival but will run permanently every day.
According to an official release issued by the Central Railway, this train will make the journey of the servicemen between Mumbai and Greater Mumbai comfortable, and at the same time, tourism in Konkan will also get a new momentum. Importantly, efforts will be made to start this train by Ganeshotsav festival, according to Central Railway sources.
