Kolhapur, Sept. 21 -- Maharashtra minister Nitesh Rane today assured that a robust system will be established in the Sindhudurg district to curb cyber crimes and ill effects of online gaming.
Chairing an important meeting held at the District Collector's Office, Sindhudurg Rane, who is also Sindhudurg district guardian minister, called for establishment of an effective and strong mechanism to tackle the threat posed by cyber crimes and the growing impact of online gaming in the district.
As Sindhudurg district is located close on the border with neighbouring Goa and considering the geographicAal location of the district, there is a need to effectively control cybercrime and online gaming related malpractices, he said.
