Kolhapur, May 2 -- Taking a stern action against a suspicious 'Aamir Gas' ship currently stranded at Jaigad port in Ratnagiri district, the Bombay High Court has directed authorities to seize the vessel immediately.
A single-judge bench of Justice Abhay Ahuja took cognisance of the matter and took these decisive steps.
Suspicions arose over the ship's dealings after a complaint was filed by the company Jung union International. The investigation has revealed shocking facts.
