Mumbai, May 20 -- Amidst severe fuel crisis facing Maharashtra that has left numerous fuel pumps dry and created panic among the public, the Maharashtra government has issued a strict mandate for urban areas where piped natural gas infrastructure exists, setting June 30 as deadline for PNG switch, in a bid to conserve liquid fuel and manage the crisis on a war footing.
